Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Assist in the development of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and achieving goals.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred but training is provided
Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
