What you'll be doing
The main duties of the Customer Service Apprentice will be:

  • Ensure that management systems, including IT systems, are kept up to date with customer details.
  • Take responsibility for the letting and administration of our commercial garages portfolio; ensuring accurate records are maintained and systems updated.
  • Provide information and advice about all aspects of the charges that we make to customers, maximising payments, minimising arrears and taking appropriate action to recover outstanding debt.

The successful Customer Service Apprentice will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to convey detailed information to varying audiences.
  • Demonstrate a methodical, organised approach to work with the ability to handle a busy, varied workload and to cope with interruptions.
  • Demonstrate experience of working collaboratively with others both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a good level of selfawareness and commitment to ensuring that my attitude and behaviour have a positive impact on colleagues and customers.
  • Effective involvement of customers in service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be open to change.
  • Demonstrate my selfmotivation, being able to lead myself and use my initiative.
  • Demonstrate my ability to deal sensitively with enquiries from customers about financial matters in a fair and consistent way.
  • Articulate my ability to build the trust of customers.
At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same


The training provided will be:


  • Customer Service Qualification
  • Level
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
