North Shields, Newcastle
£24,000 rising to £26,000 after successful probation period

Duties and Responsibilities
Part of a busy, high volume Finance Department, you will be responsible for:
- Logging, maintaining, and filing invoices
- Payment authorisation
- Payment processing
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
- Processing personal and company expenses
- Assisting with queries and reporting
Person Specification
You will be a highly motivated, driven individual with a commitment to getting things done.
The client will be at thecentre of everything you do, and you will contribute to the growth and success of our business through your skills and experience.
You will have:
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
- Experience working with Sage 200 as an advantage
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to build good working relationships
- Impeccable accuracy
Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
