£28,837 per annum pro rate 6months FTC

Hours: 14 hours per week


Overview:


Healthcare Central London (HCL) is a Federation of 32 General Practices in the borough of Westminster, HCL provides Community and Primary Care services to more than 275,000 local residents as well as a range of staffing, management and administrative support to our member Practices.


Guided by HCL's governance framework, we work with our patients, four Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Practices, and in close collaboration with the Borough Team, to solve problems through trust, collaboration and innovation.

Together, we provide high quality and equitable health and wellbeing services to local residents and are a strong voice for patients and Practices within the wider healthcare system.

By coordinating health and social care this way, we believe we can help people stay well and live healthier lives for longer.


Project:

Following a recent push to enhance digital access in Primary Care, HCL is now able to offer websites to all its member Practices.

To make this happen, the company has hired a developer and is working with a branding agency, Jory&Co.

As there are 32 Practices in the Federation, we may need to create websites for all of them.

This requires a lot of administration and project management support to manage the communications traffic so that our deadlines are hit and nothing is missed.

We have ten Practices in our Wave - this means their websites need to go live by April 1st.

We need a strong team approach to make sure all Practices are happy and have everything they need by this deadline.


The brief
We need an adminstrator/project support to provide the following:

  • Create and manage project trackers including updates on when things are delivered and timelines;
  • Communicate with the Practices to locate any content needed and manage feedback/approvals;
  • Work with the web developer to capture all the content needed this may involve copying from the existing websites or liaising with our content editor/communications team to get any new content;
  • Flag any problems or holdups, as soon as possible;
  • Share creative resolutions to situations.

Requirements:

Desired skills

  • Very organised, comfortable creating and implementing processes and systems to help teams meet deadlines;
  • Comfortable using the Office Suite;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Healthcare experience is essential, Primary Care experience is highly desirable;
  • Competent, friendly communicator able to spot if others need support or if things aren't on track.
