  • HR0153036The Senior Undergraduate Marketing Officer will be an experienced marketer who is familiar with the education sector and undergraduate marketing. They will be confident working alongside other marketing, admissions and recruitment colleagues to execute innovative and effective marketing campaigns for the University in alignment with the marketing recruitment strategy and University strategic objectives.


This is a dynamic and exciting role that will give you the opportunity to support on the University's undergraduate marketing strategies, contributing to student recruitment and forging relationships with multiple stakeholders across the University.

You will be responsible for contributing to, and ensuring the integrated strategy is delivered across multiple teams. You will bring mixed-discipline teams together to engage with the post 16 and adult learner audience.

You will be instrumental in working with academics across the university to create course launch plans as well as strategies to support specific course areas.

You will have an understanding of the undergraduate market and contribute to key recruitment strategies throughout the cycle.


You will be a key player in the Student Marketing and Advertising team within the Marketing, Advertising and Student Insight department, working closely with the CRM, Web, Content, Rich Media and Market Insight.

Within the Student Marketing and Advertising team itself, you will work alongside advertising, events, postgraduate and social media officers. You will also manage the Undergraduate Marketing Co-ordinator, who will support in the delivery of core campaigns.


The role would suit someone who can balance multiple projects and has a clear understanding of marketing strategies, implementation and evaluation.

You will also be comfortable contributing to various meetings such as, team meetings, Faculty senior leadership meetings and various working groups that support the University objectives or market changes.
