Window Supply Company are a manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors and operate with 6 trade counters located throughout Scotland and 1 in England with significant plans for expansion.

Established in March 2019, Window Supply Company has very quickly grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of uPVC windows and doors to trade in Scotland.

This has been achieved by delivering market leading products along with exceptional customer service.

Due to our ongoing growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Counter Assistant to join our Bellshill team.


Trade Counter Assistant role:

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service to our trade customers.

You will utilise your excellent people skills and product knowledge to build strong relationships with our trade customers, generate accurate quotations and orders using our systems, answer any queries and resolve any issues as they arise.

Working as part of the team you will support the development of the branch by contacting potential customers to introduce Window Supply Company products and services.


Skills and Experience:


  • Experience gained within the Windows and Doors to trade sector is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
  • A handson customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential customers
  • The ability to work well in teams to deliver great customer service
  • Customer service and order processing experience is highly desirable
  • Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office. Full systems training will be provided
  • Have the confidence to make outbound contact to our customer base and thrive working in a sales focussed environment


As part of the Window Supply Company team, the successful applicant will receive a competitive starting salary with a highly attractive branch bonus scheme, 33 days holiday per year (including statutory) and hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.

In addition, you will have access to career progression within Window Supply Company.
