Cranleigh Medical Practice is a GP Surgery based within the picturesque village of Cranleigh, in Surrey. We are a large practice, looking after 17000 patients.
Our team currently consists of 8 GP partners, 6 salaried GPs, 4 Practice nurses, 3 Healthcare Assistants, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a Paramedic, a Pharmacist, a Physiotherapist, a team of highly skilled Patient Service Advisors and a supportive management team.
We are currently looking to expand our team and recruit full time Patient Service Advisors.
This is a full time position working 37 hours per week, across four days (you will work 8am—6:30pm 3 days and 8am—5:30pm 1 day, with one day off per week).
We are looking for somebody who is able to commit to the role and really become an active member of our team.
The role requires somebody who is confident at dealing with the public, possess strong communication skills, is organised, empathic, caring and has good IT skills.
You will receive a full induction and ongoing training and support, with regular reviews.Job Types:
