Your Role and Responsibilities
In the role of Cyber Security Compliance Specialist at Kyndryl you will:

Verify compliance against the corporate security standards for new and existing offerings and tools
Validate against existing security controls and perform a detailed assessment
Ensure proper risk management is followed and remediation performed where any risks are identified
Work with team to enhance the assessment questionnaire, improve cycle time and make suggested improvements to the tooling
Be responsible for monthly program reporting and metrics

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of work experience in IT/Cybersecurity/Security Compliance related field
Excellent technical and/or analytical skills; verbal and written communication skills; and documenting and reporting skills
Knowledge of IT compliance laws, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards and best practices
Indepth knowledge of information security concepts
Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
Able to work on multiple focus points simultaneously and interact with different team members
Work well in a team environment and use a collaborative approach to working with others
Strong timemanagement skills
