Motion Designer

Tattenhall / Hybrid

£35k - £40k


Motion Designer / Eco - Sustainably focussed business / Start up, growing team & company / Big Investment / Creative impact and freedom.


The Motion Designer will be joining a sustainably focussed company who are leading the way in eco-friendly produced childrens products.

Working in a small creative department of the business, this role give the Motion Designer the chance to have a say in how the creative is fed to the audience.

Reporting into the Head of Creative and working collaboratively with them to produce highly engaging, creative and exciting campaigns.


Having started strongly with their static campaign work, they are now looking to add moving image to their repertoire, across 2D, 3D, stop animation and other offerings.

With recent investment from Hedge Funds and private investors, this Chester based business is growing rapidly and as such offers a great opportunity to join at a highly exciting time.

Based in Tattenhall a couple of days a week in their offices, you'll also enjoy the benefit of flexible / hybrid working along with the chance to spec up your own machines to produce your work.


Key responsibilities of the Motion Designer are to:

  • Ideate, storyboard and create integrated campaigns utilising moving image
  • Help drive the brand forward in new and innovative ways
  • Work with the Head of Creative to develop the brand recognition and marketing collateral
  • Take creative from concept through to final delivery
  • Help to develop design requirements across the UK and US markets
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and design trends

Experience required:


  • Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Creative Agency / Design Studio experience
  • Worked with online / retail based brands
  • 2D and 3D motion
  • Experienced storyboarding and concept creation
  • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
