About the Role:
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and to undertake a range of other administration tasks.
Requirements:
Must have a professional manner at all times
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills
Must be a self-motivator and have the ability to work on own initiative as part of a team
Must be well organised and have the ability to deliver work at high quality
Must be flexible and be prepared to deal with last minute requests
Must have strong Microsoft office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise on workload
Ability to work under tight schedule
Commitment to confidentiality and a high degree of integrity
Driving Licence essential
Duties & Responsibilities:
To perform full reception / administrative duties, to include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in the visitor's book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
To ensure that the reception and general office / meeting room areas always remain tidy and project a business-like image.
Post distribution.Supporting logistics both inbound and outbound.
Supporting Travel Requests including flights, hotels, taxis.
To perform stock checks for stationery, workwear, and general supplies.
To provide support to Pool/Fleet car management.
Supporting other administrative or operational duties as when required
Other Features:
37.5hrs per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 16:30, Friday 8:00 - 14:00
Must be eligible to work in the UK
