Currently working with a fantastic client based in Central London, they currently look for professionals at both Assistant Manager and Manager grade, offering a role that will provide compliance, advisory, reporting and transactions work

What they do:

The team advises fund managers on the structuring of funds, carry and coinvestment arrangements, management group tax issues and ongoing compliance and operational issues.
It is also the home for the focus on Credit funds and Restructuring work.
Work includes both domestic UK advice and international cross border advice.
