Credit Controller
Salary:
£23,265 + excellent benefits
We are seeking an assertive Credit Controller to join a successful company's accounts team in Preston.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Dealing with customers' queries and requests as they arise; investigating account queries.
- Daily/weekly banking.
- Allocation of receipts to individual accounts.
- Proactive cash collection.
- Reconciling accounts.
Qualifications
- Previous credit control experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
