ALH Systems Ltd are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Mixing & Production Operative to help produce a wide range of products.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the weighing of raw materials (liquids and powders) using a computer management system, following a set of detailed instructions into various forms of vessels prior to mixing.
- Operating machinery to mix materials
- Decanting of materials from mixed vessels into drums and tins
- Preparing materials for further processing by remixing or rerolling materials as directed
- Whilst reporting to the Production Manager, you will also assist the Warehouse team with the following:
- Receiving of goods into the warehouse
- Movement of stock into and out of the mixing area and warehousing facility
- Stock management and stock control
Specification/Skill Requirements:
Essential:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confident and clear communicator
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Able to respond positively to change and adapt to meet new challenges
Desired:
- Fork lift experience preferably both counter balance and reach.
- Prior knowledge of working within a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of mixing, planning and scheduling, however full training will be provided
