lettings manager.

My client, an independent agent is looking to grow their already large lettings portfolio in 2023 and is looking for a strong
Lettings Manager to help them do it.

You will be solely responsible for the lettings side of the business so you will be fully in charge of growing the market share and your personal earnings.

You will be driving the team as well as driving the lettings business. This is a fantastic opportunity to show your talent and reap the rewards.

Duties will include:_
Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for renting and letting of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
Valuing/listing properties to let
Managing a team to achieve results
Consistently hitting targets
Generating leads

Full, clean driving licence & own car essential
