Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are looking for an experienced administrator to help Dorset Mind. The role involves general office administration and Human Resources (HR) support.

This is a new role, so we are looking for someone who is confident in setting up new administration processes, working alongside the Business Support Manager where necessary.

It involves assisting with the day-to-day running of the offices and communication throughout the charity. Ideally you will have experience in managing staff within an administration setting.

You will need to have experience in using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Forms and SharePoint. We are looking for someone whose pays attention to detail and an ability to multitask.

C3 - £12.60 per hour**

Fixed Term until February 2024

Hours:
Part-time, 30 hours per week**
Base:Dorset Mind HQ & remote working (at least 3 days based in the office)**
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 30 per week
