The role
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and analytical VP of Sales to join our excellent sales team in London.
Working as part of our senior leadership team, the VP of sales will take the lead on our commercial sales strategy and lead by example on the conversion of complex enterprise sales.
What will you be doing?
- Build, manage & motivate a driven and talented sales team
- Work with our technical teams to align your teams work with the vision of our product suite
- Outline and manage sales budgets
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals
- Work closely with our VP of Customer success to ensure our current clients are being supported
- Operate a data driven approach to sales forecasting to report back to shareholders
- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
What skills do you need?
- Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role
- Strong SaaS B2B knowledge
- A proven track record of selling complex solutions into enterprise businesses
- Experience of working with multiple cloud vendors
- Indepth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- A skilled negotiator with a passion for hitting and exceeding challenging sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Experience of working in a growing scale up business
- An interest in A.I (Artificial Intelligence) advancements
Additional information
Please note that this is a hybrid position with an expectation that you can be in London two days a week.
