A fast growing insurance company based in Leigh-On-Sea are keen to appoint a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team

They have a newly refurbished office which provides a relaxed working environment with free parking and a number of staff benefits

Duties will include

Building rapport with customers, get to know their needs and put their interests first.
Aim to deal with customers' queries or issues then and there.
Sales of new policies
Keeping updated on product knowledge

The experience and skills you need

A solid background in customer service
A driven mindset with strong customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
Great verbal and written communication skills you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
Computer literate as you'll be using a number of internal systems
A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
