A fast growing insurance company based in Leigh-On-Sea are keen to appoint a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team

They have a newly refurbished office which provides a relaxed working environment with free parking and a number of staff benefits


Duties will include

  • Building rapport with customers, get to know their needs and put their interests first.
  • Aim to deal with customers' queries or issues then and there.
  • Sales of new policies
  • Keeping updated on product knowledge

The experience and skills you need

  • A solid background in customer service
  • A driven mindset with strong customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Great verbal and written communication skills you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • Computer literate as you'll be using a number of internal systems
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
