A fast growing insurance company based in Leigh-On-Sea are keen to appoint a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding teamThey have a newly refurbished office which provides a relaxed working environment with free parking and a number of staff benefits
Duties will include
- Building rapport with customers, get to know their needs and put their interests first.
- Aim to deal with customers' queries or issues then and there.
- Sales of new policies
- Keeping updated on product knowledge
The experience and skills you need
- A solid background in customer service
- A driven mindset with strong customer service skills and a love for hitting targets
- Great verbal and written communication skills you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
- Computer literate as you'll be using a number of internal systems
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
