Description

We are looking for a polite, punctual, energetic assistant to join our growing team. The role will consist of working early mornings, both weekday and weekends shifts.

Experience of working in a Food & Beverage role is desirable, with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the best Food & Beverage experience for all hotel guests.

Your role will include;
Having a positive can-do attitude.

Organisation on shift, understanding preparation is the key to a smooth shift.

Being proud of your Breakfast Food & Beverage department, knowing your contribution when it comes to the overall operation of the hotel.

Adding value to the overall hotel performance. Love working as a team and have a positive attitude. Supporting your colleagues in Food & Beverage, as well as happily supporting other departments across the hotel.

Assist in maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of the front and back of house areas of the hotel.

Experience of food service, till systems and cash handling.

Serving guests in a friendly and courteous manner, delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
