Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing Directors' diaries, including booking meeting rooms as well as working closely with other PAs to coordinate plans
- Promoting and help organizing extracurricular activities
- Completing ad hoc projects as required by the Divisional Directors
- Creating and distributing agendas and meeting minutes before and after meetings
- Collating, formatting and binding presentation packs and reports where required
- Coordinating events and entertainment for the Directors and in some cases the wider team
- Maintaining a wellstructured filing system and assisting others with implementing best practice
- Answering switchboard calls and redirecting or managing accordingly
- Covering the reception desk on a rota basis, greeting internal and external clients
- Attending and contributing to monthly admin meetings, and subsequent actioning of any items raised
Personal Assistant Essentials:
- Experience working in an administrative role, or able to demonstrate a desire to do so
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to proactively assist with others' organization
- Excellent IT skills particularly with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with diary management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
