Personal Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Managing Directors' diaries, including booking meeting rooms as well as working closely with other PAs to coordinate plans
  • Promoting and help organizing extracurricular activities
  • Completing ad hoc projects as required by the Divisional Directors
  • Creating and distributing agendas and meeting minutes before and after meetings
  • Collating, formatting and binding presentation packs and reports where required
  • Coordinating events and entertainment for the Directors and in some cases the wider team
  • Maintaining a wellstructured filing system and assisting others with implementing best practice
  • Answering switchboard calls and redirecting or managing accordingly
  • Covering the reception desk on a rota basis, greeting internal and external clients
  • Attending and contributing to monthly admin meetings, and subsequent actioning of any items raised

Personal Assistant Essentials:


  • Experience working in an administrative role, or able to demonstrate a desire to do so
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to proactively assist with others' organization
  • Excellent IT skills particularly with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with diary management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
