Plas Garnedd are currently looking for a Training Officer.

This role will be to oversee the Company's training matrix to ensure that all staff are compliant with their mandatory training for health and social care and liaise with the Company's Managers to schedule relevant training sessions.

Most of the training is conducted online but there will the need to conduct face to face training for manual handling and first aid training.

To complete new starter Inductions which can be done over Zoom and to make sure that new employees complete new starter paperwork.

Desirable experience and qualifications

Previous experience in a training role within the health and social care setting.
A train the trainer qualification.

This post is flexible with hours and can be organised around school times and terms if required. Will be an ideal for anyone that would like to work without the need for childcare. Some training can be completed from home via zoom.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
