Do you have experience working with children? Are you looking to make a difference and support learning in Primary School settings?

If you have classroom experience, childcare experience, voluntary experience with children's clubs, a background in sports coaching or voluntary work experience within schools - you probably already have the skills required to work as a teaching assistant

About the role

  • Being a teaching assistant is incredibly rewarding, with everyday being different
  • You may be asked to support one child within the classroom setting, or providing interventions which are provided by the class teacher.
  • Your role may involve working with SEN pupils, including offering support with reading/writing/behavioural needs etc.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of supply work and gain experience in multiple settings
