Description

NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit a SC cleared Cyber Defence System and Data Engineer for a government contracting authority.

This is a 12 months contract in Hereford (100% office based - due to security nature)

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join the government sector and gain reputable experience, which will open career doors for you moving forward.

Requirements:

Active SC clearance
Knowledge of MS Azure analytical and security offerings and the Sentinel cloud native SIEM platform.
Knowledge of cloud network security implementations
Knowledge of intrusion detection systems and signature development.
Knowledge of frontend collection systems, including network traffic collection, filtering, and selection.
Knowledge of system administration concepts for operating systems such as but not limited to Unix/Linux, Windows operating systems, IOS, and Android.
Knowledge of cyber defence and information security policies
Experience with SIEM and associated technologies
Experience with virtualisation technologies e.g Azure Virtual Desktop
