TheAccount ManagerRole


To manage the sales activities for a defined customer segment to increase volume and revenue in accordance with commercial strategy.


Your responsibilities as our Account Manager will include:

  • Participating in establishing the Commercial actions plan and ensuring the agency sales' segmentation is correct and up to date in Lisa CRM
  • Identifying the commercial market opportunities
  • Planning and conducting commercial visits & calls as per agency sales' segmentation
  • Regular Nationwide travel for Customer Visits
  • Promoting CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (ecommerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA )
  • Creating MIDs or specific opportunities for market identification exclusively
  • Carrying over expired MID, update existing MID
  • Updating commercial data and customer feedback in CRM
  • Agenda of client visits set up and phone calls
  • Creating Leads

To become ourAccount Manager, you'll need:

  • Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C/equivalent in English and Mathematics)
  • To be computer literate
  • Outlook, Windows system
  • The ability to seek new ways to improve current working methods
  • To be solutions focused
  • Experience using LARA
  • Experience using LISA
  • 5 years of Experience in the Container Shipping Industry
  • The ability to meet and build customer relationships
