Are you a childcare practitioner who is looking for a new role? Do you hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification?
Our client is looking for Early Years Practitioners (Level 3) to join their nursery in Teddington.

Permanent contract.

Duties:


  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs for children in the early years (ages 05).
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through playbased learning.
  • Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, observations, and assessments.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the setting.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations related to early childhood education.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations in the early years setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of educators.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £27,400.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
