You will join a leading regional practice as a junior / mid level employment solicitor and work closely with the employment team on a full caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters.


You can be based out of any of my clients' offices, with their two largest offices being in Peterborough and London respectively, with further offices in Cambridge and Nottingham.


There are currently 3 people in the employment team, and there are plans to add an additional 2 lawyers within the next 6 months.


The team works mostly with employer clients but through their London office, the team are also regularly engaged by senior executives.


With a large international practice, you will also get the opportunity to advise international clients on UK employment law and liaise with international counsel.

About you

  • Qualified employment solicitor with 5 years PQE.
  • Experience gained from a city or respected regional practice
  • You will need to be bright, enthusiastic and intellectually curious.
