Basic Salary:
Up to £30,000 DOE

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm


A new opportunity has arisen for an
Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to our MD and wider Senior Management team at our
High Ercall site.


You will be responsible for:


  • Using judgment to prioritise meetings and manage clashes, responding to requests from both internal and external stakeholders swiftly
  • Travel arrangements for MD and Senior management team booking travel, accommodation, logistics. Reconciling related expenses in a timely manner and adhering to company travel policy
  • Being secretariat for team meetings coordination of meetings, arranging agenda, speakers, attendance, recording actions and contributing to discussion where applicable
  • Drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for the MD

Skills and Experience:


  • Preferably two years' experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets
  • Thrive under pressure
