We're looking for Senior Rust Engineers to join the fastest-growing database company of all time, an incredibly exciting client of ours that has shattered records set by the likes of MongoDB.

You will be joining a remote-first start-up that is truly passionateabout the product they are building and the technology that enables them to do so, in which Rust plays a major role.

As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will be playing a crucial role in building out an incredibly compelling, industry-changing product, which also entails:

Developing, implementing, and optimising new features to enhance their database internals using Rust
Strengthening the security and performance of the company by contributing towards the improvement of engineering standards, testing, tooling, etc
Contributing to the wider community by collaborating with developers on GitHub, sharing your expertise, and streamlining their processes
