As a Client Support Administrator, you will assist front office personnel such as Investment Managers and Financial Planners with daily tasks, including:
- Preparing meeting materials for clients
- Generating routine client portfolio assessments
- Ensuring client data and systems are current, conducting necessary system cleanups
- Ongoing monitoring of records to align with relevant regulations
- Managing GDPR compliance
- Coordinating with service providers to meet practice requirements
- Handling client authorization letters, verifying plan details, and securing missing data promptly
- Collaborating closely with Investment Managers and Financial Planners to update data and deliver exceptional client support
- Compiling meeting materials and valuations
- Assisting in preparing new business proposals and presentations
- Cooperating with operations teams on various support tasks including transfers, corporate actions, and data maintenance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior administrative experience in the financial services sector
- Strong commitment to client and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines
- Solid grasp of Excel
