**Maintenance Administrator

  • Derry/Londonderry c23k 25k**An opportunity has arisen for a strong Administrator to provide day to day administrative support to the Construction Maintenance department. This role will involve data input and helping with the preparation of invoices.


This role would suit a good administrator who is good at multitasking has an eye for detail and accurate in inputting information.


The Role

  • Assist the Maintenance Officer with inputting information into the computer
  • Ensure all information is recorded in a timely and efficient manner
  • Liaise with team and arrange property inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all equipment, keys, stock items and general materials.
  • Assist with all spreadsheets, complete filing and all other duties as requested.
  • Ensure each property is compliant with legal and health and safety requirements, (i.e., gas safety certificates, electric certificates).

Essential and Desirable Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Team player with a cando attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexible mindset
  • Detail oriented
  • 2 years' experience in an administration role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
