Responsibilities:


  • Administrative support to management with some reception duties.
  • Customer service ensuring prompt service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with daytoday queries.
  • Data entry.

Essential:


  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good planning and organisational abilities.

Desirable:


  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in customer facing roles.
Part-time hours would be considered. Previous experience is desirable but the opportunity to demonstrate aptitude will be given at interview. As this position has scope to expand, the salary will be reviewed accordingly.
