Description
We are looking for 2 part-time drivers to join our team at Clementina Day Centre. As a driver, your main responsibility will be to safely transport passengers from their homes to the day centre. You will need to supervise the loading and unloading of wheelchair users, as well as elderly individuals with dementia and other health conditions. Additionally, you must ensure the safety of passengers inside the vehicle and effectively communicate with individuals with dementia and their caregivers.
- Safely operate the vehicle, including the tail lift, and remind passengers to use handrails when necessary.
- Secure all passengers' seatbelts properly and follow designated routes to ensure on-time arrival.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the day centre, its members, and their families.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 9:30 am, 2:15 pm to 4:15 pm
Salary:
£12.00 per hour
DBS check required. MIDAS training will be provided. Must have a Driving Licence with D1 or PCV.
Job Types:
Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary Range:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour

Greenford: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
Experience:
- 1 year of delivery driver experience (preferred)
- 1 year of driving experience (preferred)
