A newly role due to internal promotion within the team has become available for a Trainee Finance Data Clerk for a growing organisation in Liverpool City Centre.

In this role you will be responsible for analysing, reconciling and manipulating complex data.

Duties and Tasks of the Trainee Finance Data Clerk

Manage and process various claims efficiently using multiple of systems and Excel on a daily basis
Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve any query related issues.
Uploading data and producing reports
Coordinate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Skills required the for Trainee Finance Data Clerk:

Ability to use excel, create formulas and have skills including pivot tables and vlookups
Analytical thinker when problem solving
Enjoy the use of systems and interest in working with PowerBi, IMacros, SQL, Python and automated systems
Good attention to detail and enjoy working in a detail orientated role
Officer data experience
Ideally you will have qualifications towards, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics or similar
