    Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management within the ISO Certification sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
    • Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
    • Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale.
    • Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in merchandising, communication, and customer engagement.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards to optimise product presentation.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to sales reporting, scheduling, and team management.
    • Utilise excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
    • Work directly with the Marketing team in conjunction with the sales team.
    • Hitting your own sales targets as well as your team targets set by KPI'S.

    Experience

    • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the ISO Certification industry.
    • Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability in team management.
    • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
