The Application Support Analyst contributes to the team in managing and fulfilling Service Requests, incidents, problems and changes.

They take personal responsibility for resolution of support incidents in line with the SLA or OLA, managing their own workloadand supporting others.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Manages and fulfils Service Requests, incidents, problems and changes
  • Provides detailed analysis of system defects as and when required
  • Involvement in root cause analysis and problem investigating
  • Promotes and fosters good working relationships with clients and other CGI teams
  • Understands and adheres to quality and security standards and processes applicable to role
  • Identifies and implements service improvements
  • Actively leads and participates in team meetings, scrums or equivalent
  • Seeks appropriate guidance in a timely and reasonable manner and provides guidance and mentoring to other team members
  • Practices Quality Assurance in all of their work (testing, code reviews, recorded designs, in code documentation, knowledge sharing, and high quality technical documentation, best practices, refactoring and formatting)
  • Liaises with vendors and 3rd parties to ensure assistance is provided in a timely manner
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

We are looking for someone to join the team with prior SAP Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable understanding, that is enthusiastic, likes problem solving/challenges, is hardworking and likes to be part of a team.
