Copywriter - Chat bot / Virtual Assistant Script Writing

12 Month Contract

I'm working in exclusively in partnership with a leading financial services firm to hire a copywriter to create the chatbot script for their virtual assistant.

Working in tandem with teams across the business, you'll help build tone of voice.

This is a 12-month day rate contract working for a very well known brand.

What you'll do

Build relationships with experts in different areas of the business pensions, life, health etc.
Create content to keep calls away from agents by enabling customers to selfserve online via the virtual assistant
Create a tone of voice / best practice guideline
Extra tasks such as working on web content or help guides

Desirable Skills and Experience

UX / Web / shortform copy experience ideally writing scripts for chatbots but this isn't essential
Personable approach with the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people
Ability to coach
Very strong understanding of tone of voice and copywriting best practice
