Position Summary

As a Billing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Billing professionals located in Manchester. This position focusses on our iGaming part of the business and reports into the Senior Billing Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervising, managing, and monitoring a team of Billing Analysts.
Performing monthly 121 meetings and individual development plans
Providing resources and tools to team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.
Ensuring timely and accurate billing
Reporting Billing issues to escalation points/AR Manager
Reviewing team's productivity
Notifying management of contractual issues blocking billing
Providing sight and daily supervision of work queues, ensuring compliance with billing process
Coordinating training and support for Billing Team
Assisting the AR Manager & Senior Billing Supervisor with implementation of plans, policies, and procedures by division
