Centrepoint Outreach is a Christian charity which supports homeless and vulnerable people in Boston and the surrounding area with the aim of empowering people to improve their circumstances and achieve their full potential.

We have a vacancy for part-time Project Worker to join our team.

The role involves providing support and guidance to homeless and vulnerable individuals attending our drop in centre, organising practical help where applicable, making referrals to other agencies, supervising volunteers and keeping accurate records.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a caring nature and is empathetic to those in need
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is nonjudgmental and passionate about working with our client group
• Has good IT skills and accurate recordkeeping skills

Closing date:5pm on Tuesday 26th March 2024

Interviews to be held on Monday 8th April 2024

As part of the recruitment process applicants may be required to spend a morning working alongside a Project Worker/Volunteer in the Drop In.
