The Best Connection are working closely in partnership with our client to source additional
Day Shift Van Drivers (NOT parcels) to work from their Middlesbrough depot.
The role:
- Safe operation of a 3.5 Tonne vehicle (generally a long wheel base)
- Use of a scanning device (training given)
- Some heavy lifting
- The work is multidrop of around 10 deliveries per day across the country
- Deliveries to business and domestic customers
- Possible night out required (Hotel paid for) PLUS £50 allowance
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday (weekend over time as required)
- 07.00am to 17.00pm (delivery dependent)
Pay Rates:
- £11.45 per hour (PAYE) for first five shifts per week
- £17.18 per hour after five shifts per week
