Customer Relations Partner -
28-35k dependending on experience.


We have a super opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised superstar to join the team at our Care and Nursing Home based in Harlow, Essex.

Becoming our Customer Relations Partner will involve ensuring that potential residents have a welcoming, seamless and professional journey whilst considering care with us.


As part of the promoting & marketing aspect of the role you would also be responsible (in partnership with the Management and Ancillary Teams) for ensuring that this beautiful Care Home Service showcases the facilities it has to offer and that the rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.

More about the Customer Relations Partner role:

  • Undertaking a variety of marketing and sales activities in order to promote the home to prospective new residents and their families
  • Build relationships with the local community and promote the service
  • Customer engagement maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing residents and family members to keep families assured that their family members are safe, well and settled.
  • Meet with customers on a regular basis to gain feedback and promote reviews of the home and gather testimonials.
  • To ensure the home is showcased in the best possible way at all times.
  • You will make a difference every day by engaging in meaningful activities with residents as well as promoting independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times

About you:


  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Be empathic and understand to what can be a difficult choice for people to make
  • Ability to listen to concerns or complaints if required and ensure necessary action is taken to resolve as quickly as possible.
  • Ultimately you will be kind, caring and compassionate delivering great care is central to everything we do.
