Description

Aspire People are looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant, who will work in partnership with classroom teachers to differentiate appropriate support for pupils with Special Educational Needs.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work with children across all year groups, to meet the needs of the school.

What we are looking for:

Be able to develop positive relationships with young children
Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
Have experience of supporting children with moderate to severe SEND needs
Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team
Be a confident and clear communicator with parents
