Sales Negotiator

Shrewsbury

Maternity coverup to 12 months

Full time hours

£ £11.00 P/H DOE

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to cover maternity leave circa May 2023.
The position is full time Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and one in four Saturdays 9.00am - 2:00/3:00pm.

Previous experience is essential for this position as you will be responsible for the delivery of sales of residential property within and around the Shrewsbury area.

Responsibilities:

Meeting with clients to provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
Booking and accompanying viewings.
Booking market appraisals.
Negotiating sales.
Progressing sales to completion, including liaising with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties well informed.
Providing informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrate indepth local knowledge of the Shrewsbury area.
Possess excellent negotiating and rapport building skills.
Have experience of pitching and securing new business.
Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
