Care Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at
Solihull Retirement Village.

As our
Care Coordinator you will receive a competitive salary of
£13.

16 per hour
plus excellent benefits package

Hours: 20 hours - Permanent Contract

Salary:
£13.16 per hour

Solihull

What will you do as our Care Coordinator?

  • Provide a full administration service to enable the Care Manager and Assistant Care Manager to deliver a high quality care service
  • Ensure all personnel and electronic files are up to date
  • Maintain a matrix of onetoone supervision and Development and Interim Reviews
  • Monitor absence and ensure all back to work paperwork is completed
  • Administer the STA for all Village staff and resolve any subsequent pay queries

Our ideal Care Coordinator:


  • Previous experience in a domiciliary care environment or similar role
  • An excellent understanding of the industry
  • Understand service users' needs so we can provide the highest levels of service.
  • Excellent I.T. skills and proficiency in working with an electronic resource planning and recording system (CM2000 or similar)
  • Achievement of, or hold equivalent to, QCF Diploma or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration
