We are looking to add to our team and need a Sales Coordinator to join us in bridging the gap between sales and operations, we work in a hybrid environment with regular travel into our office in Borehamwood. Ideally, you will have some product or project experience with an understanding of supplier management and client interaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities;
- Collaborate with sales team regarding orders, lead times, product availability and enquiries.
- Provide quotations, invoicing and shipment tracking to clients, regular updates to the sales team and flag any issues affecting supply.
- Assist in the creation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client details, sales activities, and recordkeeping within CRM.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability for client orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional campaigns, preparing marketing materials, and updating the company website and social media platforms.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals by providing ongoing support and assistance.

Pay:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
