Lizard Peninsula / Helston

£37,000 + overtime + monthly bonus + summer bonus + progression + pasty & cream tea days + staff events + Days Only + 2/2/3 shift pattern
Are you an electrical / mechanical / marine or service engineer, looking for an exciting new role, on the stunning Cornish coast, where you will be in an exciting and hugely varied role, for a well-known Cornish brand, which is currently dominating globalmarkets?

Hvae you worked with Pneumatics, Pumps and PLC's, looking to join a brilliant team of engineers, within a group of highly successful local companies, where you will have the potential for excellent progression, whilst receiving generous bonuses and overtimeto boost your earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to step into a highly unique role, where you will be working on one of the beautiful beaches of the rugged Lizard peninsula, for a world leader in food manufacturing which is highly innovative in its approach.

You will be responsiblefor servicing, faultfinding and repair on industrial mechanical equipment, such as filtration systems and pumps. You will also create pro active strategies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of plant operations. You will benefit from great work / lifebalance on a 2 / 2 / 3 shift pattern, essentially meaning you only work 45% of the year

The role:

Service, maintenance and repair on a variety of plant equipment, used for filtration and manufacture of salt
Continuous improvement
Respond to breakdown requests from production, dealing with unplanned mechanical / electrical problems
Liaise with external contractors where necessary

The person:

Background in marine / electrical or mechanical engineering
Engineering qualification
Electrical fault finding experience
