Otto James Consulting has been exclusively engaged by one of the UK's fastest growing organisations in the search for a Financial Controller to be based in their Deansgate Head Offices.

My client is a highly ambitious PE backed business who have recently received additional funding from a Monaco based financier, whose condition of investment was that they increase their level of talent within the Finance team, and secure the best person inthe market.

The Role:

As Financial Controller, you will be in a pivotal role within the business, engaging with both the Commercial and Transactional sides of finance, providing a conduit to the board and helping drive organisational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities in the role:

Board Level Engagement
Creation of senior reporting pack
Cost saving analysis & organisational efficiencies rationalisation
Overseeing of Financial and Management accounts
Overseeing the teams production
Management of the annual audit process
Management of the full finance team 4 direct reports with wider team numbering 16

Due to the level of people management, my client is open to seeing strong, commercially minded individuals who understand the challenges and benefits of supporting a fast paced organisation.

Your Profile

Applicants must be qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA and be able to demonstrate how they have provided commercial and strategic support to an organization.

As Financial Controller, you will receive a competitive £70,000 t0 £80,000 basic Salary
