Job Role:
Payroll Specialist
Salary:
up to £30K + £2,400 bonus
Location:
Birmingham
Main Duties:
- Processing end to end payroll and employee lifecycle changes.
- Dealing with all payroll related quires.
- Assisting in payroll deductions.
- Prepare Payroll exception reports.
- Action complex payroll process such as: National Insurance category changes and backdates, gross ups, secondee payments.
- Peer checks on reconciliations.
- Supporting annual tax yearend.
Must haves:
- Previous experience with client payroll.
- Have the ability to develop good working relationship with clients.
- At least 2 years experience working in UK payroll.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll concepts, statutory practices and procedures.
- Supervisory experience.
