A top 20 UK law firm are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.


The role:


The successful Contracts Manager will report to the Legal Counsel team with a focus on managing the contractual aspects of the firm's procurement.

It's a very hands-on role and typically duties will include:


  • Assisting with ongoing development of contract management system
  • Reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements
  • Liaising with legal and business services team
  • Providing practical advice on operation aspects of procurement process
  • Managing deadlines relevant to the supply chain contracts
  • Assisting with firm wide projects

About you:


  • Law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a large law firm or legal department of a public company
  • Experience in data protection law is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and is at ease interacting with senior management
