Are you seeking a new role where you can showcase your skills? My client based in Watford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer services complaints and enquiries
- Liaise with suppliers and other departments
- Process all returned faulty products on a daily basis
- Arranging collections of faulty products where required
- Liaise with Despatch Department regarding any failed collections
- Process all stock cleanses upon receipt
- Assist the Sales Office Team with the processing of sales orders
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work to deadlines
- Team player
- Confident Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Full clean driving licence desirable
