Are you seeking a new role where you can showcase your skills? My client based in Watford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer services complaints and enquiries
  • Liaise with suppliers and other departments
  • Process all returned faulty products on a daily basis
  • Arranging collections of faulty products where required
  • Liaise with Despatch Department regarding any failed collections
  • Process all stock cleanses upon receipt
  • Assist the Sales Office Team with the processing of sales orders

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • Team player
  • Confident Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Full clean driving licence desirable
