Delta Simons are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated graduate with an interest in environmental consultancy to join our energetic and successful team.

We operate across the UK from a number of office locations including Manchester, Leeds, London, Norwich, Lincoln and Newcastle but our Manchester facility is likely to be your nearest local office.

We offer a competitive salary between £22,000 and £24,000 and benefits package with great opportunities for career development.

Main Responsibilities

Delta Simons provides clients with commercially focused advice on environmental and sustainability (including ESG) risks associated with property being purchased, sold or redeveloped.

We have experts in many relevant disciplines who are on hand to support our Graduates to develop their own careers.


As a Graduate Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, you will support the planning, delivery and management of environmental and ESG due diligence reports for a wide range of properties across the UK and across a number of sectors.


  • Key Responsibilities_
  • Plan simple projects or assignments, identifying key milestones and time frames for delivery.
  • Organise and coordinate project resources, including suppliers, to enable efficient timescales.
  • Produce environmental assessment reports including obtaining data and undertaking research.
  • Complete nonintrusive site inspections both locally and nationally.
  • Produce professional environmental reports to help advise the Client on their proposed transaction and meet their business needs.
  • Opportunity to get involved in emerging areas of due diligence such as environmental, social and governance (ESG).
  • Adhere to and model high Health and Safety standards, in line with Company procedures.
  • Commitment to develop personal CPD.
  • Develop your working knowledge of relevant environmental legislation, standards, and guidance.
  • Develop your working knowledge of the design of conceptual models and thought.
  • Professional communication with colleagues and all stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively and intuitively either alone or in a small team.
  • Sound communication and personal effectiveness skills.
  • An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Flexibility as the role requires travel across the UK and overnight stays from time to time.
