Operations Coordinator


Location:
Theobalds Business Park, Platinum Way, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 8YD, United Kingdom


Schedule:
Monday to Friday - Weekend Availability


Role Type:
Permanent


Responsibilities:


  • Branch Operational Support
  • Creating Schedule & Deployment Rotas
  • Managing Absence and Shift Fulfillment
  • Managing & Maintaining Operational Platforms
  • Employee Query handling & Support
  • Recruitment Support
  • Project and administrative support

Requirements:


  • Full Driving Licence
  • English communication (Oral & Written)
  • Minimum B
  • Valid work permit / visa (If Applicable)
  • Basic IT Skills
General Requirements;

  • Ability to conduct a shift based roster schedule
  • Availability for both weekdays & weekends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work off own initiative
Full Driving Licence
